2. The life is in the hands of God
1 Today, we people who are in
this world, we sometimes believe that there is only everything in this world,
after this world there is nothing. But we are going to tell you about eternal
things - not about perishable things.
2 Vedas and all, the religious
literature say, that what you see is not eternal. What you don't see is
eternal! Within hundred years, I don't think anybody who is living here will
live. Life is so short. Bhagavad Gita tells about rebirth after our death.
3 Even in this world, if somebody
dies by accident, that spirit gets into another person. And for a man possessed
with a spirit, you cannot find with a stethoscope.
4 I was working in the Vellore
medical college hospital for five years. My wife was also there. We both were
working. I know about the doctors there very well.
5 One day a girl came with a
brain trouble. I was working for a brain doctor. And he told me that he is
going to cut the brain plate and take a tumour there. She was a Sindi girl. But
that girl with the parents came for blessings and the devil left her. She was
completely healed. And she refused operation. But the doctor went to test her
again. And there was no tumour. And this happened in many cases. Because the
doctor will say: “Aetiology unknown.”
6 But in the medical science,
there is no room for any evil spirit attack. But you ask the common people,
they will know witchcraft and all these things, because that is commonly
practised among the people. I know even among you, some people are affected by
it. How to overcome it? Is there any remedy for that? Many people will say many
remedies. But we must know an eternal remedy.
7 When a man is born in this
world, he has got five senses. And the Bhagavad Gita says: “If you touch the
objects of the five senses, you will come into rebirth again.” All our karma,
only God can take.
8 Sometimes we lead a good life,
but our children are blind children. And the general crying is: “Why God gave
me blind children?” Karma affects everybody. Our forefather's sin affects us.
Is there no remedy for that? The trouble is, every religious man wants a remedy
from his own religion.
9 Now suppose God is here, we
must know what His nature will be. God is eternal. We are temporal. How can we
have fellowship with God?
10 Now suppose there is a sun,
everybody can see free. It doesn't belong to America, it doesn't belong to
England, it doesn't belong to Germany, it doesn't belong to any country; every
country man can see the sun freely, without any object. Even breathing the air
is so cheap, God doesn't charge; but everybody is free to breathe his own air.
11 But religion is something like
this. It is like a building inside which you can't see the sun, you can't have
air, you can't have light, so you will have artificial light and artificial
air.
12 Bhagavad Gita talks about
sacrifice. That, what is remaining after sacrifice, if you eat, your sins will
go away. But they think the sacrifice is only putting ghee inside the
‘omagundam’. But there won't be anything remaining in the fire. Vedas talks
about the sacrifice of the Parama Purusha. Again it talks about sacrifice. It is
not ‘thyagam’1. It is a remedy for our karma. So we have
to search all the Vedas and religious books to find out here and there, some
important things.
13 I love my country India. During
Gandhi's time I fought for the independence as a student leader. Still today I
have a love for my country men. We have so many state people and so many
language people and so many communities and castes. But if you cut our hand,
all the blood is red. White man's blood is not white and black man's blood is
not black. Every man's blood is red. Who made all these differences? Because we
have everything but God, even God in the name of religion cannot do anything.
We have to find out who that God is. We must have a direct contact with Him.
14 I went to many religious temples.
I had no peace. My dear brother and sister, have you got peace in your heart?
You may enjoy life. You may eat, drink and do any mischief, but you can't fill
that portion in your heart with all the enjoyments in life.
15 In my young age, I ran for
enjoyment all over the world. But one day, I was meditating on a mountain. A
great joy came into my life. Then only God came real to me. Is God real in your
life? What's the use of worshipping God, if God is not a reality in your life?
Is God enough to solve our problems? Another question is: Will God give us a
job? You must hear from God. God speaks to man. Then only God will come real to
you.
16 If you are sick in body today -
not this ordinary head aches and stomach aches; if you have an incurable
disease, and the doctor says, ‘There is no hope for you’,... If a watch is
under repair, you go to the watch maker. If a car is under repair, you go to
the automobile workshop. If one old part becomes bad, he puts a new part. If
your body is under repair, where should you go? You go to the Maker and He will
put a new part and send it to you.
17 In my forty five years, I found
out: God can heal any disease. But first you must understand, God never sends
sickness to man. So long as you believe, God has sent a sickness to you, you
won't resist it.
18 Suppose a ruffian comes and
catches your daughter and runs, what will you do? You won't say: “Bhagawan, I
pray that - bring my daughter back.” You will make a big shout and inform the
police and go and fight it. Because it is not the will of God for a ruffian to
take your daughter away.
19 Many of our sickness is because
of our way of eating. Because, we eat anything which is detrimental to our
health even. But when the devil comes in to possess us, your thinking changes.
You find there is a force under you, and you cannot do what you like. Then you
will need spiritual help.
20 So today, God touches every man's
life. There is only one God who created you and me. The same Narayana came as
Rama, Krishna, Jesus and also He came as Allah, you must understand that. But
we do not know the meaning. Narayana means: Came out of water. And God came to
help His people, through Sri Krishna, Rama and all, when dangerous time came.
So I have not come to change your religion and say: Go to that religion.
21 Because, in our Indian country,
our culture is a great culture. The Hindus are wonderful people; the ladies are
wonderful. You go to other countries, there is no morality. And you find in all
the countries, civilisation means: Adopting a modern culture. But every nation
perished because of immorality. Every nation perished because they left the
true God.
22 Now everybody is battling, how to
get independence and become free. The independence doesn't make you free. Still
we are not free. We are not free from religious slavery. We are not free to do
what is truth. Only truth will make you free. A truth about sickness, will make
you free from sickness. Truth about karma, will set you free from karma. Truth
about death, will make you overcome death. You may say: Everybody is dying, so
we all have to die.
23 Originally man lived thousand
years; but now man cannot live more than fifty years. God did not create man to
die. If our soul is eternal, how can we die? But God has put us in a body which
is having five senses. But we have to obey what God says to mankind.
24 For a long time I was thinking,
that this world is everything. But we now find that only life is in Narayana or
Christ Jesus. So if a man can touch that, you can claim eternal life and
overcome death. Then these sickness won't hurt you. In this generation, we
attain the heights of science. And it is trying to find out a remedy for
overcoming death - Kayakalpam2! But
only one thing he cannot have - the scientist cannot find - is life. That life
is in the hands of God.
25 So in these meetings, we will
tell you about how to overcome death in this generation. But we have to talk
more about our healing. Somebody have a spirit of fear - “Will I die of an
accident? Am I safe here?” Everybody is having some sort of fear. “Will I lose
my job? Will my wife die?” These fear kills us.
26 Many people eat so much, but it
doesn't get into their body; some spirit is eating that. Sometimes the spirit
gets into your womb and kills all your seed, so you cannot have any children.
27 That is why, I have not come here
to preach a religion to you. You are my country men, you are Indians and I love
you. When God called me for this work, on moon-landing day, Shri Narayana came
into my body. And He told me all the secrets from the religious books and
Vedas. So today, if you really believe that God came into my body on
moon-landing day, that will absolve you from all your sins.
28 I am not boasting here. Don't
look at my outward appearance. But when I bless you, your evil spirits get out.
And immediately you feel that your whole body shakes and you fall down
unconscious. Then your heart becomes empty. Then I will pray a second time for
God to fill you with His Spirit. That takes your karma away and gives you shanthi3. If you really confess your sins and all your bad
things, you take away all your hatred against anybody, this power will come
into your body and give you peace, and then you will know who has touched you.
29 Then you may say: “There are many
avatars in India and all over the world, what about that?” But if you go to
your room and ask God, “Who is this Bro. Lawrie Krishna,” then He will tell you
who I am. He will tell you - if that is a true God whom you are praying, He
will tell you.
30 Suppose a country is fighting,
after the war is finished, all the false people are killed. India cannot stand
any longer, because all the forces are fighting against India.
31 The Christians will go to America
and Rome and say, “We have our headquarters there.” The Muslims say, “We have
got Mecca.” Where will the Hindus go? You have no place to go anywhere in this
world, except to Narayana.
32 Our people are simple people.
They will believe God in a simple way. (Side
change.) You go to your room and ask your God, “Please tell who this man
is,” then He will show you, then I will appear to you. You can get your healing
and go. But get the peace. A Christian may tell so many things. But I carry
atonement with me. So when the peace comes to you...
33 Now these meetings are arranged
by the Bhilai people. And they were all Hindus. They came to the Ashram, got
shanthi. I didn't change their name, I didn't change their religion, but they
got shanthi.
34 And today, I came from
Kanyakumari corner. According to Bhagavadam, by Tambiraparani river should the
last Avatar come. And so many books are there. I have not come here to get a
name, because I know who I am. My God who has sent me, has sent to you. I am
not sent for the Christians, I am sent to the Hindus only. And you are going to
be blessed.
35 Come for every meeting. Then you
will know how to overcome death in this dangerous generation. As I bless you,
if you feel giddy and if you fall down, don't be stiff, you just allow you to
fall down.
36 When I want to meet somebody
tomorrow, I won't say, “Let us meet tomorrow”, I will say, “I'll meet you at 9
o' clock in that place” - then I can meet him. So when I bless - put my hand on
you, that's the time to believe that you are completely delivered of all your
sickness. If you close the tap, no use of waiting for water. If you open the
tap, then the water comes. You don't get a money order - first you have to
sign, then you get the money. You trust the postman. You say ‘received the
money’, then you get the money. Can't you trust God more than a postman? “Bro.
Lawrie Krishna prays, immediately I am healed.” Then you get a deliverance. May
that good God bless us today.
