God
PART FIVE
GITA – chapter 7: 3 "Hardly one among
thousands of men strives to realize me of those striving Yogis, again, some
rare one (devoting himself exclusively to Me) knows Me in reality.*
The scholars and pundits and theologians
etc., mistakenly understood the one mentioned as ‘ONE AMONG THE THOUSAND’ in
Gita, to be a man. But if we meditate on this with the help of the message of
Gurudev Shri Lahari Krishna, we will be surprised to know who the ‘One among
Thousand’ is!
So, Bhagavad Gita says, “Thousand people may do yoga, but a rare
one may attain Me.” (Bhagavad Gita 7:3). Then why these people are doing yoga,
where you cannot get easily that life? That is another trick of the devil. [The
Devil misguides them and diverts them from knowing God by making them do Yoga, Pranayama,
Transcendental meditation etc., and they go into the delusion that by doing
Yoga they could attain something].
The Real meaning is: Actually it is Very Difficult for man to attain God. Hence the Creator God Himself comes down a s a human being, and He IS THE ONE WHO ACTUALLY TEACHES US BY LIVING A LIFE THAT PLEASES GOD, thereby making us reach Him with His help. it is like a teacher teaching the children to calculate 2+2 by lifting her finger one by one. How will it be if a student say, "Mom! teacher herself could not calculate without counting her fingers".
So, we can understand that the one among thousand is the Creator God Himself who comes down to this world as an ordinary Man. Because when we search the
history we could never find even one person who has overcome the five senses,
or who has lived 100% perfectly to the Standard of God.
For example: Bhishma who is called by us as “Pitha mahar”, and being the one who has
taught to mankind through Yudhishtra the “Vishnu Sahasranaama” which is being
recited by Hindus even today; and the man who had the revelation of Shri
Krishna joined the kauravas and supported them stating that it is his Dharma!
At last he has to die in the war killed by Arjuna.
Karna joined the kauravas to show his
gratitude to his friend Duryodhana even though he knew that the Kauravas are
not Righteous and that the Avatar of that age- ‘Shri Krishna’ -is on Pandavas
side, and hence was killed in the battle.
Noah even though he had the
certificate of God about his Righteousness and was sent by God to warn the
world about the coming destruction, was found fallen naked in the bed drunk to
the full.
And
to add in this list we have many people {example: Vishwamitra [who loved
menaka stopping his meditation], Dronacharya [who became a teacher for the
pandavas and kauravas, for the sake of money]. They received the
love of God,
but were in one way or other fallen; but were saved by the Grace
of God.
Hence we can very well conclude that no man or woman is perfect; and
the perfect Man is God alone when He comes down to this mundane world as an ordinary man.”
