 A Man carrying Potatos

One day a man was going on a cart. There was a man who was sitting with a big load of potatoes on his head. He said ‘can I get on your cart?’ He said, ‘alright’ so he got on the cart and still had the bags of potatoes on his head. And he was making a funny noise. So the cart man said, keep the bag of potatoes on the cart and not on your head. The cart will carry you and the bag of potatoes. What do the people do today? They say only ‘God is our refuge and comfort and care, and He Careth for you’. They will have the Bible verses all over the place. When they sing a song, they sing vigorously but when trouble comes, ‘will he fail us?’ they will ask. They are carrying the load on their head. God can carry you, your grandmother your grandfather and your property and everything he can carry. If you trust God, put all your things on him. Then you can get a great relief in your heart. Put all your burdens on the Lord.

 When you go to meet a person at his house You can find out the right path to reach his place by looking at the  signpost there. If you go in the direction of the signpost you can find the person's house and talk to him. But if you don't do that, if you circle around that signpost, you won't be able to go where you need to go and meet that person. Prophets like Saibaba, Vallalar, Ramchandarjee, Muthukutty Sami, Veerab Brahm, etc. are like that signpost. We have to follow their path and know the "True God". Without doing it, if you follow these prophets as gods and go around them, you will never reach the real God.
