1 All glory to the Father of Spirits. In these days, people do not have a real idea about God. When you think about God, hundreds of explanations are there. If you don't agree with another man, they call as a devil. So the majority, because they've got a big mouth, they'll tell all kinds of nonsense against us. But I am taking for you from the Bible, and from Koran or Bhagavad Gita, what God has spoken through these great books.
2 Our friend said, ‘One God - One nation’. It is true! There is only one God. But who is that God? Bible tells, ‘No man hath seen God at any time’. (John 1:18) He is a Spirit and He is everywhere in this world. You can't see Him and say, ‘God is here’. He is in every tree, He is in every branch, in every animal, every bird - without His life, there is no life.
3 We know there is electricity. Nobody has seen electricity; but you know the tube light and loudspeaker and all these things, and can you call that electricity? There is a power not seen by human beings, but it is manifest in these lights and all these things.
4 Now we have come here today just from Andhra meetings, to help your understanding. Otherwise we will be attacking each other, and you'll find that we kill ourselves by attacking each other, because everybody says that his religion is correct.
5 If you go to a Christian, he'll say, ‘There is no other religion; our religion only is true’. If you go to an Hindu, he'll say, ‘That is the greatest religion’. If you go to a Muslim, he'll say, ‘Allah's religion is the greatest religion’. But we must think of it: How can this be? Unless you think and give your verdict, you'll be acting like a fool. I was like a fool those days.
6 I remember, about three thousand people - Hindus, they wanted to meet me in 1962 great campaigns. That crowd was so great; never a crowd was like that before. The greatest revival which produced hundreds of preachers who are great preachers today like Dinakaran, Rose Pandian, Jeevanandham and Navroji - all have been baptised by us in Jesus' name. But at that time I was fanatic. I can't tolerate any other religion. At that time three thousand Hindus, they wrote a letter to me telling: “Bro. Lawrie, we consider you to be the Avatar for this age. So we want to have dharshan1 of you.” So I wrote a letter - nasty letter: “I don't believe in Hindus' religion.”
7 But today, I have studied all religions. And I find God works through all religions, you know. Don't be like a frog in the well. Because: God is working through various ways and mysterious ways, which you cannot understand.
8 When I read Bhagavad Gita and Koran and all these things, and Vedas and Bhagavadham and all, I found out that you cannot deny God's working in other places. And the Spirit of God is one. He can make anybody do anything through that power.
9 So today many people think, because they go to church, place some offering and make a big shout and say ‘Hallelujah’, that God is with them. Bible clearly tells, ‘If you don't do what God says, you are not building on God’.
10 If I preach anything against God's word, I challenge every Christian: You come and bring your Bible. You people don't read the Bible! If you prove from the Bible what I preach is wrong, I'll leave the ministry and go today. Instead of that, don't try to say, ‘He is a devil; he is like this’, and all.
11 Because: I am telling the truth for this generation. Because every religion says, ‘In the last days, a messenger comes’. Hindus are expecting Krishna to come; Muslims are expecting Mehdi to come; Christians are waiting for Jesus to come. And every time they sing: ‘He is coming; He is coming; He is coming’. Do you think you can go on singing, ‘He is coming; He is coming; He is coming’, for another thousand years?
12 When Jesus came into this world, Jews were telling, ‘He is coming; He is coming; He is coming’. But He was right with them and right standing with them, and they killed Him. And what is the use of singing, if you do not understand? Today, because you sing well and you have a nice thing and go to church, it doesn't mean you know God.
13 I have visited many Hindus, and thousands of Hindus. And when I moved with them, I found out their understanding is greater than some of the Christians, because they are waiting for something.
14 Because this world has become very wicked, unless God interferes, God's people have no chance of living in this world. That is why, when ‘adharmam’2 grows, Krishna has to be here. Do you think that ‘adharmam’ is great today than twenty years ago? He should have come today. It is not for another ten years; ‘adharmam’ is full today! Wickedness is great today; violence is great. So we must know that God has to come to save us. So unless you have God in your life, you cannot understand where God is.
15 I am not trying to show I am a big man. I know I have got a great God before me. And that God I worship. And I have come here to tell about Him. Why? Unless you change your life, you'll have no blessing in your life. You will perish like the other people.
16 So today, I want you to understand these things. Today one man says about God ‘Allah’. Another man tells ‘Jesus’. Another one says ‘Jehovah’. One man says ‘Narayana’. Another man says ‘Muruga’. Are there so many gods? These names are not proper names. It is common names.
17 Now listen: ‘Father, Son and Holy Spirit’. Father: What is the meaning of ‘Father’? - Daddy. It is not a name. This ‘Son’ - Son. ‘Holy Spirit’ - Pure Spirit. It is not a name.
18 Now see, my wife is there: Suppose I go home, I am a son to my father, my dad is my father; I am a father to my son, I am a husband to my wife. Now suppose I go home and knock at the door: Suppose the wife enquires, ‘Who is that’? - I won't say, ‘Father, son, husband; - Father, son, husband...’ I'll be a fool! I'll say, “Lawrie.” He'll say, ‘Daddy has come’! She'll say, ‘Husband has come’. Father will say, ‘Son has come’. Only the others have to say that!
19 What are you doing? When you go to pray: ‘Father, Son, Spirit...’ - Do you think one devil will go? No! That is what - that is a great truth. You are trying to hide the truth and make it three gods! God is only one! You blame the Hindus having many gods. You have three gods. You don't know whom to worship, whether to worship the Father or the Son or the Holy Ghost!
20 Bible tells: Jesus was born by the Holy Ghost. (Luke 1:35) And He has another Father. He has two Fathers? Was Jesus Christ born to two Fathers? By your confession you are proving that. I am not coming here to talk something.
21 E.V.R.3 came. He had such a courage. Why? One day I was in Vellore. And the rain did not come. So he said, “I am going to break this image of Krishna.” So he was shouting. A procession is coming. He was shouting like this : “Do you need rain? Do you need prosperity? It will come to you today. Here I am breaking this idol!” Then I myself was in fear: “Will there be such a bold person?” - So many Christians are there, they'll say, ‘Hindus are all doing idol worship’. Try breaking one idol, you will be skinned. But this man, he is a lion. He was going. I am watching him: “Oh, how bold he is!” He broke the idol and the rain came. He asked, “Did rain come or not?” Then everybody said, “Rain came.” When he broke the thing, there was cloud. There was no rain for many months. There was rain! Why? He was breaking something which is not true. Why?
22 Now see, you can't make some images and say that is god, because,... Suppose my children, my three sons, tomorrow they make an image of me and say, ‘This is my father, this is my father’, how angry will I be! I'll scold, “You fools, I am right here!” - “No, no, you are not our father, this only is our father!” - It will hurt me.
23 So, what I am telling is: Krishna came many years ago. Why did he come? To save the Pandavas. Otherwise they would have all perished. Rama came to save some people. It happened many years ago. What can they do today? Jesus came two thousand years ago. What is He going to do today? Where is He today? Where is Rama? Where is Krishna? You have to watch that. God is one! That God will send His people according to the time, and our duty is to find out that Person. He won't come like you think.
24 Let us take Jesus: When He was in this world, He didn't come like a king. He was going like a poor man. People called him glutton. (Matthew 11:19) Today if He comes, you will do the same thing to Him. Suppose Jesus comes today, if He comes to this church, whom should He go and see first? He should go and see the Bishop. He should get permission from him. - But Jesus, when He came, that's the same thing!
25 So the thing is: Don't be fooled about. We have to find out how God works in this generation. From the nature you can find out. You see the sun: that light doesn't belong to the Christians. The Hindus can't say, ‘The Indian sun is for us’. The Americans cannot say, ‘This sun belongs to us’. The Muslims can't say, ‘This sun belongs to us’. - You ask the small child: “This is our sun; it gives us light. How nice it is!” Nobody can denominate or form a church for a sun. God is like that! How can you say, ‘God is only for us’? That is where every religion has gone wrong. God is for every one! He is every where.
26 Now suppose you go to breathe - the air: Everybody can breathe. Suppose anybody goes: If he is asked, ‘If you breathe, you have to give me offering’? - Offering, offering, offering... Do you mean to say God is asking money for breathing? But today, what is happening? Everywhere they say, ‘Offering, offering, offering’, as if God is interested in their money. But see the air, everybody can breathe. Breathe that today! As you breathe, thank God: “You have given it to us for free!” You go and ask for oxygen in the hospital, you have to pay. For the tube light you have to pay. Sun light you don't pay. For the air you don't pay. Everything is free! Salt water is free. But what is man doing? He has brought money into that. But for these free gifts do you ever thank God?
27 Suppose somebody gives you a job, you'll say, “Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you!” But the God who is holding your breath, do you ever thank God? - Never mind, you don't know about Him: “Lord, our Creator, thank You for this air! Thank you for this water! Thank you for this sun light! Thank you for this moon light!” - Did you ever tell that? The moment you tell that, your heart will be full of light and God.
28 One day I had no light. Then I got this revelation; I started thanking God. Power came into my life. Do you want power? Look at the nature. It will declare the glory of God. Heavens declare the glory of God. But today, what do the people do? They make religion as their own personal thing. If I want that religion, I have to go and bow down, ‘Swamy saranam’4. I don't have to say, ‘Iyyappa saranam’, but: ‘Bishop saranam, master saranam, pastor saranam...’, otherwise you don't get that. Who cares for your ‘saranam’? We don't bow down for that.
29 Today you may tell anything bad about us. But one day, you have to come down and meet me! Then you'll know who I am. My dear friends, I am not coming here to get a popularity. I am not coming to collect money, because I am preaching straightly. I am telling the truth; if it is wrong, you tell me. I am not coming to convert people. Because by converting Subramanian to John, it doesn't change him: ‘Today he has become a Christian. Subramaniam has become John’. In that case, won't his moustache grow? (The crowd laugh.) Today what they do? They say, ‘He has changed his religion’. The one who gets mad changes. - No! It has to come into your understanding.
30 So I want to tell you today: ‘Where is God? Who is He? And what is His power?’ God is a great God; you can't know His power by simply standing in here. In this world, we are under the control of five senses.
31 Why are you living today? All this business is just for the sake of the stomach. Simply think for a moment. All the shops, everything centres in the tummy. Is it a tea shop? It is for the stomach! - Is it a suit case shop? For the sake of the body! - Is it a soap? It is for the body! - All these are for this body only, for the body which is going to die. Contractor, house builders, everything is for this body! But do you think this body is only important?
32 Suppose I put a good ring in a cardboard box, will you throw the ring and keep the cardboard box? ‘What shall it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world and lose his soul? What shall he give in exchange for his soul?’ (Mark 8:36) He has to have life.
33 So what do the people do today? They spend the time in caring for the body. Did you ever care for your eternal soul? I don't care what religion you are: Your soul is important! And that soul, if you leave this body, you must get another body! That is very important. Will anybody leave one house without finding another house? No! Before you go to another house leaving the house, you'll make another house ready and say, ‘Sir, I am vacating the house’. You will know, one day you have to leave this world.
34 This body is not permanent. As you go walking,... I met a man that day. He was just standing. He made a noise ‘uh’. When I went and saw why, he just fell down; it was a heart attack. He was just standing nearby. When I went to see: What is this? The fellow who was standing here has gone! He has vacated the house. This house owner does not give an advance notice.
35 If you ask for one month notice, that He will not give. If He says, ‘Get out’, you have to vacate and that's all. - “Sir, give me one month notice.” That is given for houses. This ‘Owner’ will not give any advance notice. You may be in the lavatory; if He says ‘Go’, there itself you'll breathe your last. You may go in the bus: “Go!” - “Aah!” Our life is so bad. It is like a wind. (Job 7:7) - But see what he says: “Do you know who I am? Did you see my body? I'll break your teeth!” A man who loses his breath in a second, see what he talks!
36 Some people say: “Is it this fellow? Let's see what we can do to him!” You know, they do not understand that man is a frail creature and he may die at any moment. If he knows that, he'll think: “If I leave this body, what will I do?” If you die today without another body, you will be roaming as a spirit. Suppose there is an accident,... Now that day there was an accident. In that place there was another accident. Into this fellow, after the accident, that dead man's spirit came into him. He came. When asked, ‘Hey, who are you?’, he answered, “I have died already.” - “Hey, are you not alive now?” - “I am dead and that spirit - I have come into him.” That man - other man is asking, “Sir, he has not died, Sir!” That dead man's spirit has come into him. Because it has no body, it has entered in.
37 So even today, our forefathers used to say, “Don't go out in the morning, afternoon and evening times.” Even if you just yawn, it will come inside. So today, we do not know who is having what spirit. When this spirit comes, they say, “Avatar has come, avatar has come!” Is this an avatar? This is the spirit of that dead fellow. This is not an avatar, but because he did not have an house, he has entered into your house craftily. Now suppose some people are residing in a house: If a fellow who has no house enters into your house and says, ‘This is my house, this is my house’, then what will you do? Will you keep him inside? “Iyyayoh, he has come inside the house; he does not leave!” - Immediately court case.
38 So today, unless you get another house, you are called ‘naked man’; you don't have an house. That is why we come to you: You must get another house.
39 And also, when an owner has given a house to you, you don't break the window and all these things; you don't burn it. You start smoking, ‘puth, puth, puth, puth’; if God wanted you to smoke, He will put a hole here and put a chimney there, so the smoke will go up. (Bro. Lawrie points to the top of the head.) He would not have let it go through the nose. He made the nose to breathe air and not for the smoke. If you go and put smoke there, you get chest pain and then after that you get a disease.
40 You go to the doctor: (Bro. Lawrie acts how a doctor would check with a stethoscope.) What does he say? “It is horrible. It looks like you are having T.B.” Immediately for you: “Iyyoh, he has said that I have T.B., T.B!” Doctors survive only by scaring people. Then immediately how do we feel? “Iyyoh, it is T.B!” - “Doctor, what should I do?” - “For this you have to spend three hundred rupees.” Immediately you will bring it and give him. Then, again he'll say: “Another three hundred rupees is needed.” You will either borrow or steal or rob and give. Why? Because it is T.B. Then if you see in the end, the doctor will say, “Now only it is cured a little; I need another three hundred rupees.”
41 So today, people are living in fear. And we do not know what moment our house will go. But this house is given by God. Do you pay the rent? Are you paying the rent? If you don't pay the rent, He will chase you out of the house. You are staying for forty years, but you never paid the rent. What should be done to you by taking you to courts? If rent is not paid for one year, you take it to the courts. But this God is patient, even if you don't pay the rent for forty years!
42 What is the rent? “Thank You Lord for giving this house free!” - That is giving the rent! You are not giving even that rent. But you say: “Who is God? Where is God? Don't believe in a God! You fool, where is God?” E.V.R. was hitting only at these foolish beliefs, but didn't say that there is no God. There is a God! What could he not bear? Keeping God as a low kind of thing, retaining man in foolish beliefs, without respecting man as a human being, and because they had gone to such poverty, he said, “There is not such a God!” For that he didn't say, ‘There is no God at all’. Because unless God sent him, he would not have done all these things.
43 Today I want to tell you something: God is living! Have you ever touched Him? In your life have your ever touched God? If you have not touched,.... You mean to say, the whole nature is created by somebody or it just came like this? “Oh, nature came by itself. This is our philosophy.” Ok, let it be!
44 Let us consider an egg of a hen: Where did this egg come from? - From the hen. - Where did this hen come from? Did it come just by itself? - It came from an egg. - Where did that egg come from? - From another hen. - Did that hen come just like that? All these trees, did they come just like that? See, does a mango tree bring forth tomatoes? Mango tree brings forth mangoes. Fowls always produce fowls. Who gave this wisdom? In that case, which is first? Little girl, answer! Which came first - hen or an egg? Don't you know? (A little boy says, Egg only came first.) See how boldly he has said, ‘Egg came first’! - Where did that egg come from? - From the hen. - Where did that hen come from? (A small boy says: ‘God created’.) Yes, right. He did not create that egg first, okay! - So, either the hen or the egg should have been in the beginning.
45 Like that, all these nature and everything was created by that unseen God. To show His nature, He had to manifest. That is why today, we see the nature of God in different ways. They will say: ‘God is love’. There in the board he'll write: God is love.
46 One day a man, on seeing me he said, “Brother! Any town is our town and all are relations.” I said, “Hey, what is this he is telling? - ‘Any town is our town and all are relations’!” - “Okay, it is so nice. I have come to get admission for one boy in your school and I am very happy when you said, ‘Any town is our town and all are relations’. Give him a chance, Sir.” He asked: “What community is he of? Which religion does he belong to?” I answered: “He is a Christian.” He replied, “There is no place for a Christian.” But he says: ‘Any town is our town and all are relations’. So you can just tell; you can talk so attractively. The oration will be: “Greetings; greetings many.” Only on going closer, you will know what kind of greeting that is!.... (Side change)
47 Today, I am preaching the truth. Truth doesn't come as people preach. They say, ‘Oh, we know much’. Today what is the Christian preaching? “Be ye saved, be ye saved, be ye saved!” For forty years he is telling only, ‘Be ye saved’. He doesn't know the Bible more than that.
48 They say, ‘Jesus calls!’ After calling what are you going to do for him? You destroy him. ‘He calls, He calls, He calls, He calls, He calls...’ Will any fellow keep on saying, ‘He is calling you, calling you, calling you, calling you’? Suppose I want to call Selvaraj, will I be saying for years together, ‘Your wife is calling you, your wife is calling you, your wife is calling you, your wife is calling you, your wife is calling you’? So today, that is Christianity. Only on saying so, you will get offerings. If you say anything above that, you won't get anything.
49 So one day they said, “Bro. Lawrie, you are preaching from the Bible, so you get out of the church!” Anybody preaching from the Bible cannot belong to a church. Because if you are afraid of them and tell only what those people say, which is not in the Bible, then you are a big man in the church.
50 They will say, “It seems he has become an Hindu. It seems his name is Muthukrishna.” There a Bishop has a name Subramaniam, but he won't mention that. If I say, ‘My name is Muthukrishna’, they get angry. That is, (a man by name Muthukrishna) he brought my father up in Ceylon and my father was helped by him; so when I was born he named me as Muthukrishna. He named me as Lawrie Muthukrishna. The Muslims call me Paulaseer; Christians will call me Lawrie; the Hindus will call me Muthukrishna. Then am I three persons? One will say: “Hello Muthukrishna.” There another person will say: “Hello Lawrie.” Another will say: “Hello Paulaseer.” I have become three persons? I am one person only!
51 Like that, ‘Father, Son and Holy Ghost’ means: It is not three persons. What did this fellow do? “Lord, I am asking ‘through’ you.” (moolam5 -ɹî.) Everybody has got ‘piles disease’ - ‘Moolam, moolam, moolam’. In that case: Who is God? On going to one God, you tell Him, “O Jesus, You please go to the Father and talk for us! - ‘Through’ You.” Then what is the meaning of that? He is having this ‘piles disease’ (moolam). So the Christians have let Him have ‘piles’. Why?
52 You must understand: Unseen God cannot be seen, so He wanted to reveal Himself. What is His character? Love! We say, ‘Love is God’. But if one comes to show that love, we won't accept it.
53 Every religion has some great truth. If you want to learn bhakthi6, go to Hindus. If you want to know about unity, learn them from the Muslims. If you want to know about karma.... How to get rid of karma? There is medicine, there in Christ.
54 So when you study all these things, you will find out, God has been working everywhere. If you say, ‘God is working only in our religion’, you are a fool! Because there are many ways we can reach a certain place. I can come to Paadiputhur straightaway, or I can go roundabout that and go to Amanjikkarai and come also. The important thing is, you must reach.
55 So today, man has no peace. He keeps rushing here and there to get religion. What is a religion telling? Suppose a man has fallen into the well, what will they say? He is in there fallen, and his life is going away. But this fellow from here: “Boy, how did you fall? Why did you fall? Can't you watch and walk?” Within this time he drowns. He says: “We will bring it to the committee, and after talking it out in our committee, if they recommend it for you, after that we will come and lift you up. After that we will lift you out as a congregation.” But before that he is dead and gone.
56 But what that fallen man does is: When a rope is put and he is asked to hold the rope, he says: “I'll go regularly to church; I'll give one tenth; I am going to go on a pilgrimage; I'll give you offering...” What will he not hold? He will not hold to the rope! “Hereafter I'll be a good person.” - He also dies. This is what religion is! If one is fallen, he needs a saviour!
57 Now - we are not sinners because we sinned; because we are born sinners, we are sinners. Now a dog, it is not a dog because it barks. In that case, whoever barks will become a dog. Because it is born as a dog it is barking. We have fallen nature, so our duty is to sin.
58 We are hungry. Will anybody say, ‘Brother, please pray that this hunger will leave’? God has given hunger. Did anybody go and pray to God: ‘Please let these bodily lusts leave me’? Is He not the one Who placed it? Who placed hunger in us? Creating the intestines and for us to eat, He says, “Only if he gets hungry, he will eat.” Only if you have fleshy lusts, you'll reproduce. What did we do? We say: “Go to the church; don't smoke beedi7; don't smoke cigarettes; don't see cinemas; go to church regularly; take confirmation; you must walk as a good child.” If you do all these things, can you go to heaven? If a person doesn't go to cinema, he is a good person it seems! What will he say? “He is a very nice person! He won't drink; he won't smoke cigarettes; he won't smoke beedies; a good man.” Good man? How do you know he is a good man inside? This is the nature inside.
59 Those days, some of the Pentecostal people will say: “Brother, don't go for cinemas; don't go there, don't go here; don't chew betel leaves; don't take photographs; don't wear jewellery...” They will tell all these. But if you will study them a little, all what they say ‘don't do’, they do secretly. I have gone around the world. These people preach; but when you go to them, you will find, they will do all the things which they tell, ‘Don't do’! And then when I questioned them, they said: “You are an antichrist.” Because I asked questions only, I got this title ‘anti-Christ’.
60 There was a boy. And this boy, from the birth he was a mischievous boy. One king wanted to... Some people came to the king: “We will stitch some shirts which is very good. We will stitch you a great shirt which nobody has seen!” Then the king gave the money. And four people came. And they came, they were doing like this. But there was nothing in that room. They will go there in the morning and act like they are weaving cloth. (Bro. Lawrie is showing actions like weaving.)
61 Then the minister came and asked: “What are you doing?” - “We are weaving cloth.” - “I don't see anything.” - “If anybody has sins, he cannot see, Sir.” Then what did this fellow do? Thinking that they will say that he is having sins, he said, “Yes, yes, it is very nice! The cloth is very fine. Fine cloth, fine cloth!” He went to the king and said: “Sir, they are stitching a very fine cloth. There is no such cloth anywhere!” - “Did you see?” - “Yes, yes!”
62 Then another minister went there. (Bro. Lawrie is showing in actions how the four fellows were weaving the cloth.') “Eh, what is this?” - “Don't you see anything? It is running nicely in the machine. We are weaving silk.” Then the minister said: “It doesn't look like there is anything that I can see!” - “This will not be visible to people who commit sins.” Then immediately what did he say? “Okay, it is very fine; it is very beautiful!” Why? If he doesn't say so, they will call him a sinner.
63 Then they went and told the king, “Sir, they are weaving it so nicely.” Then a day came, these four fellows came carrying. It seems the king wants the cloth. They come: (Bro. Lawrie is showing actions like the four fellows carrying the cloth.) And the king from there shouts, “Hey, what's wrong? These four fellows are bending and moving like this!” - “Sir, this cloth will not be visible to people who have sinned.” Then he also said, “Yes, yes, I see!”
64 One day he has to go in a procession. Wearing the dress he is going in a procession. What? They made him wear the cloth, the shirt and all. He goes on the road. Everybody says: “It seems, this cloth cannot be seen by people who have sinned.” At that time the king is going, only wearing an underwear! But while coming he is walking, acting like he is wearing a wonderful dress. What does everyone say? “This is so beautiful, so beautiful! We have never seen a dress like this!” Because if someone says, ‘I don't see any dress’, they'll condemn him: “You would have sinned, that's why it is not visible to you.”
65 But there was a small boy, he will never be quiet. He said: “Mummy, is not the king going only in an underwear?” - “Dey, you must have sinned, that's why it is not visible to you!” - “What sin did I do, mummy? I didn't sin, mummy! But I don't see it. Truly, upon my father, upon my mother, I am telling: The king is only in an underwear!” Within this time, the other fellows took the money and left. Then they started thinking: “Is not this boy telling the truth? To us it appears only like the underwear. But what if others call us as sinners? Did we not tell so, so that the others will not call us sinners?” - So everybody together, they say the dress as fine! But I, like this small boy am telling: “There is only underwear there!” And all these get angry.
66 One day... We sing in the Christian churches, ‘Take not Thy Holy Spirit from us’ - with tune. (Psalm 51:11) “Take not Thy Holy Spirit from us...” - Then within me: “When did it come to him in the first place?” If he says, ‘Take not from me’, it should have come inside earlier. Then I thought: I should ask him, when it came to him. I went to the Bishop, “Sir, when did it come to you?” - “Boy, this is a bit too much.” - “No Sir, you only said, ‘Take not from me’, so when did you get it? When did you get it?” Then immediately he went to my father and said, “Please scold him; he is trying to act too smart.” Then my father said, “Why are you doing like this, you fellow?” - “Daddy, when did you get it?” He said, “Who is going to get it man?” - “The Bishop laid his hand on you, did you get anything?” - “Son, that is something which we have to think seriously about.” These very same words he said! “This is something which we have to think seriously about. Though you are a small boy, He has given you some knowledge. Till now, I don't have it.” - “Then why do you sing that song?” - “Everybody sings and so I also sing.” I went to the headmaster. “When did it come to you, Sir?” - “Hey, go and learn your lessons well. All this is not necessary for you!” - “When did it come to you, Sir?” - “It has not come to me.” He gave out the fact a little!
67 Then one day I was thinking,.... That day I was to have the confirmation. That day three people died - of my friends, sinking in water. So I was very much afraid: He shouldn't kill me also! “O Lord!” - Then my mother came. She gave me white dress. It was very beautiful. I was wearing dhoti and all. On wearing white dress we get a joy, as if we are holy and all those who wear coloured dresses are sinners. Only those who wear white dresses have what? They have the spirit!?
68 Then, even as I walk I am walking piously. Then I told my friends, “Today we are going to receive. So let us show like we are having piety.” So we were all sitting there. As he came, he smoked a cigarette and laid it aside and came. Then one fellow said: “Hey, has he not smoked a cigarette? In that case how will we get it? Only smoke will come.” Then I said softly, “Hey, today three fellows have died, let us be little pious. Most probably it may come.” Then we were sitting, being afraid. Then he came wearing a cap resembling that of a clown. It looks tall, but doesn't look too good. But what will they do? They will hang something behind like how an old gunny bag is put - like how they put an old folded gunny bag. Then he had a big sceptre in his hand. That is, it seems he is a big shepherd and he has to have the sceptre it seems.
69 After coming, he just came like this and said: “Now I am going to pray that you will get the Holy Spirit. When I lay hands it will come.” - If there is no charge in the battery, how will it come? It seems it will come. He himself doesn't have. Don't be angry! This is the fact. You ask any Bishop, they don't have it! Sundar Clarke has a little. He is one whom I have baptized. But that he has hidden - he has swallowed.
70 So when I came, he laid his hands on me and said: “Receive, receive, receive!” - (Petrukkol.) Then my friend is telling, “Hey, it looks like even men will deliver!” He laughed. He just laughed like that, but I am controlling my laughter, because my mother will beat me if I laugh. (Bro. Lawrie shows in action like how he was controlling the laughter.) I am saying: “Hey, you fellows be little pious today. He has said that we have received. Let us see how it is going to be tomorrow.” Then we went home. There was nice meat curry. And after eating nice food... My mother was saying: “My child has received, my child has received.” (Bro. Lawrie laughs.) For me - when she said, ‘Received, received’, for me I was thinking, “Am I not a boy, how can I deliver?” And she is saying, “He has received; my child has received.” But from that day, what did I get? I was confirmed in sin. Till then I was a good fellow. From that day satan took hold - jumping over the walls and stealing other people's fruits. My mother used to say, “You are a child who has received confirmation.” - “No mother! Confirmation? I don't have that spirit.” - Then only I started seeking God.
71 What I say today is: You don't get the Spirit of God by confirmation. Don't believe all these! All this is great deceit! The fellow who tells all this, is made into a wicked one. If you mention it, they will call you ‘anti-Christ’. “Hey, he is anti-Christ!” - Because I said this, I got these titles. Why? I was the only person who told it boldly. Ask anyone else to tell! He ‘received’ it seems! Bring some people - at least bring one person! This is the truth.
72 Then I went out. And one day I told, “Lord, I want the Spirit of God!” As I was meditating in the jungles, great power came into my life. If you get that power, God will mightily use you. All these preachers are cowards, backboneless fellows, dumb dogs that do not bark! (Isaiah 56:10) They won't tell it out. So, people are dying and perishing today. What power they got, they will never tell it out.
73 Now what about the Hindus? Are they going to hell? This fellow will preach: “All of you will go to hell!” If there is something called a hell, Christians will be the first ones to go there. Because he is not living a life according to the Bible. So what happens?
74 First of all you must understand about God. God is there. First of all: Who is the Firstborn? Who was made first? Before there was a moon and the sun and a star, God chose a man. There is one God, one Mediator between God and man, the Man Christ Jesus. (1 Timothy 2:5) Today people don't understand.
75 Bible tells - Jesus was telling like this: “You will seek me and die in your sins.” (John 8:21) Everybody seeking Jesus, they will die in their sins. The verse is there! Where is it? You read the Bible and see. Why I am telling it is: Christ Jesus, in the Hindu way Narayana, Allah, Jehovah, Christ Jesus, all these are the same people. Without knowing this only, they are breaking their heads. Narayana means, came out of water. ‘Nara’ is water. So, all these people, even though the names are different, they depict the same Person. But who is Narayana? Who is Christ Jesus?
76 These Christians do not know the difference between ‘Christ Jesus’ and ‘Jesus’. They do not know the difference between ‘eternal life’ and ‘everlasting life’. Both are different. They do not know the difference between ‘Son of David’ and ‘Son of Man’.
77 Let us now come to Jesus: Today a Christian will say, that Jesus is come in David's line - that He came in the line of David. Today I challenge anybody, that Jesus was never born in the David's line. You show me from the Bible that Jesus came in the David's line. He was born by the Holy Spirit, to a virgin, without sin. That means, without a man! Without a man come in the royal line, how can you call Him as ‘Come in the David's line’? Jesus never came in David's line.
78 So, now suppose I put a seed in the ground: It grows, it dies; you don't see the seed again. Now Jesus tells about Himself, ‘Ye will not see Me any more. Things concerning Me has an end. I am not come here to judge. There is another coming to judge’. (John 16:10; Luke 22:36; John 12:47) But today people say, ‘Jesus will judge. Jesus died and rose again’. But you don't understand that.
79 Now see, Christ Jesus was the Firstborn. That means, inside Christ the Son of David, was Jesus the Unseen God. Bible tells, ‘Christ Jesus thought it not robbery to be equal with God, emptied Himself, took the form of a servant.’ (Philippians 2:6-7) Christ Jesus cannot die. So He had to take another body in Mary's womb. That is why He was able to die. Because Christ Jesus has got a power that He can never die. He also can give His life and take it back. That is why, Krishna, Rama, all these are Avatars. After their mission is over, they will die.
80 So God took a body to show His love; that - how much He loves us. That is why He came to die for our karma. We don't want Christianity any more. But we want medicine for karma. I have not come to convert anybody. I am not asking you to go to the Christian religion. But I know, for this karma we have a medicine. That is the blood of Jesus. Because that Lamb died for us. So it takes away sins. Even John said, ‘He is a sacrifice’. Never a sacrifice rises again! You have to burn the sacrifice and finish it all. (Leviticus 1:9)
81 Now Isaac! That's a type of resurrection. When Isaac was to be killed, God brought a lamb in the place of Isaac. So Isaac put his hand, so that it was dying for Isaac. So Abraham killed that lamb and burnt it. So in that thing Isaac dies. So real Isaac is rising up. Sacrifice dies and Isaac comes. In the same way, Jesus came as a sacrifice. He died; Christ Jesus came there to life. And that is why, after death, nobody was able to recognize Jesus. Three days ago He died. But after He came there to the grave, the close people could not recognize, because the body was different form. (John 20:14; Mark 16:2) Today, if you don't know this secret,....
82 This was revealed to me, because God came down on moon landing day. It is not my knowledge. It is the knowledge of the great God. God is in me. Everybody has got a touch of God. But on moon landing day, the fullness of God came into my life. Then the Bible was revealed to me. So I am preaching the truth. This will give you life. This will make you overcome death. That is why we are telling this. So if you want a remedy for your karma: When Jesus came down on moon landing day, so as He came in, I am revealing these secrets to you. Because Bible tells, ‘Christ Jesus sent Jesus to reveal who is true’. (John 17:3) So He revealed that Christ Jesus - the power that He has. So through Jesus, we will know what power Christ Jesus has. So He cannot die. Everybody in Him cannot die. Such eternal life is coming to us today.
83 You may fool us today - ‘ha, ha’. You laugh! But a day is coming very soon, when we will be glorified; then woe unto you! Then the tribulation. I will see many people there. Then at that time, listen to what he is saying: “Lord!” - Whom does he call as ‘Lord’? (Matthew 7:22-23; Luke 13:25-27) When he is being ground like in a mill during the tribulation time, then he gets the revelation. “Lord, we drove out devils saying your name!” That was not in Jesus' time. That is now! “You ate in our house!” Did Jesus eat? This is the time now when He ate. “Did you not preach in our street? Don't you remember? Ayyah, you ate eggs and all in our house!” - Then He says: “I know you not!” And they are perishing.
84 So today, many people don't know the secret. Unless God opens your eyes, you can never understand that. The Hindus' eyes are opening. Today, devil has no power. It will get out in no time. And this message is spreading out all over the world. About nearly ten years ago: Oh! They were fooling us. But today, it is catching fire all over the world. And this will cover the whole world. This will destroy false Christianity. Because this is truth! When truth comes, all untruth will go away. If this is not in the Bible, you come and tell me, ‘This is wrong’. But you won't bring the Bible, because that is truth.
85 And what about the Hindus? They are not ordinary people. All this British government, with all their power, could not convert them. Why? Because they are ‘diamonds’. They are true to what they know. Other people changed their religion for money and all these things.
86 There is a poor man. He becomes a Christian. Immediately he has to go to America it seems. After becoming a Christian why should he go to America? He goes there: “Swamy saranam; white man I surrender to thee. Whatever you say I'll listen to! But I want money.” Then he says, “You must listen to what I say.” - “My lord, I will listen.” Then the fellow brought the money. After coming, he built a big bungalow and says: “Oh, there is God!” Who is God for him? White man is his God. He will do only what the white man says. But what will he be saying? “Is it Lawrie? He is a thief, robber!” Did I steal in his house? He has taken money from there, and having that money, he calls me a thief.
87 When I was in America, about fifteen people had gone from here. That white fellow told them it seems, “Call Lawrie a thief.” Then I was there in one place. I told, “If you say like that I will break your teeth.” Then he said to the white man: “We won't tell anything about him.” Then you know what that white fellow asked? “Why these fellows do not talk about Lawrie?” All these fellows had received the Holy Ghost from me and been baptized by me. Our people are there also. Suppose if this fellow says like that here, what will the others do readily? They will ask: “Did not Lawrie baptize you? Where did he steal?” Then sitting from there, “Brethren, you must please say something against Lawrie.” Then he turned and looked and our people are sitting there. Then they said, “We are not ready to tell anything about him.” Why? They have to return to India. See, should they not return back to India? If they come here they will get beating, because I am also a rowdy. For the sake of truth, facts only! But if you just keep blabbering?
88 Oh, ‘If he beats on one cheek, we must show the other cheek also’. - Who said like that? “Brother, Jesus said: If he beats you on one cheek, show the other one.” Then what does everybody do? “Don't harm him!” Is it not because of this, that we came under slavery? If you have a back bone, will slavery come? Why? Christ did not say such a thing. I will tell you the meaning of that. What he said was,....
89 One day I was in London. There two white people were punching a Negro. What did he say? - The white fellow beat him like that. This Negro man is like a bull - six feet, like an elephant. These two white men are jumping and jumping and punching him. He punches him like this and like that. And on punching, that fellow's mouth is full of blood. Then it was really a pitiable sight for me. - Oh, I am also a black man, and these people are beating this black man like this!? Then I told this black man, “Brother, why are you getting beatings like this? You are almost the size of an elephant!” And he replied: “Brother, don't block the blessings that are due to me. Let him beat. Lord Jesus said: If one beats you on one cheek, show him the other cheek.” Then I wanted to teach this fellow a lesson. And when these two fellows were beating him... Whatever it may be, on seeing a black man, we feel pity for him though being in a foreign country. He is a black man, I am also a black man and if a white man beats, our intestines boil.
90 Then immediately - (Cassette change) - I gave them both blows. They fell down. “Why are you beating us?” - “You show your cheek, I am beating.” - “Ang!” - “I beat you, show your cheek!” - “No, no, no! A white man will never show his cheek!” - Then this black person got up: “Haa, will only a black fellow show his cheek? So that's why you have been making fun of me?” Then the two fellows ran away.
91 Then the black fellow shook hands with me: “Brother, you have given me a good revelation. Hereafter I am going to lift up this black race!” So he went. Afterwards I returned to India. For six years he had been preaching there: “If you go to fight somewhere, give the first blow, then the other fellow will show you the other cheek.” Then what this fellow did was, he went and preached among the black people there.
92 I went to London after six years. There a Negro girl took a chappal and beat a white man. Then I went and told her: “Girl, you should not beat like that.” Then she told me, how she started like this. She said: “It seems two white people were beating a black man and as this black man was being beaten, an Indian came and opened his understanding. They say that the Indian's name was Lawrie. From that day we never leave any one.” Then I was laughing to myself: O fellow! He has taken it like that! - From that time, the others are afraid of the black people there. What did he say? “Beat first.” From that time... What Jesus said was, ‘If one beats you on one cheek, show the other cheek’. Why did you allow someone to beat you on the face first? Is it not wrong? If one fellow simply comes and slaps on the face, then....
93 If someone comes and beats your child, will you be quiet saying, ‘The Lord will see to it’? - “When somebody was carrying away my child, I was just watching it.” - Will you be quiet if someone pulls your daughter? Will you show the cheek? If so, show it then! Now the law is different. If someone elopes with your daughter, will you be quiet saying, ‘Lord, he is pulling my daughter away; because you have told me to be quiet, it is all right if he takes her’? Will you just leave it like that? Won't you make a howling noise and go till to the police station? Because that is your child. For that, does it say that everybody should show their cheeks?
94 So today, I am not asking you to beat. There was a sage... I am only trying to make you men. We don't want this slavery. We all must be independently free. We are all people who must be free. Don't come under religious slavery. Don't try to be a slave of any man. In one place it was written like this: ‘Be loving, but don't become a slave’. When love comes, slavery also comes. The other day I appointed a capable man to help a certain person. He served him because of love. Then this man started ordering and saying, “Hey, Why did you not get the water for me?” Then the person left saying, “Bro. Lawrie told me to help out of love, but this fellow is making me a slave!” The water that he would get also stopped with that.
95 So today, man wants to make other people slaves. That is why the trouble in the whole world. So when these people came,... You know, one Sanyasi9 was there. There was a cobra. It bit everyone. So the people came to this Sanyasi: “Sage, this cobra is biting everybody. Please instruct it and make it alright.” So he came to the cobra and said, “Hereafter don't bite any one.” It never bit anybody. So everybody started throwing stones. It was at the point of death. At that time it said: “Sage, you told me not to bite, but now see the troubles that I am in. Every Dick, Tom and Harry takes a stone and my life is at stake.” Then the sage said: “Hey, I told you not to bite only. Did I tell you not to hiss?” - “That you didn't say.” - “Then, why didn't you do that? I told you not to bite, but hiss.” Then from that day, what did it do? It hissed and everybody ran away, and it didn't die. Then only what it gets? It gets a revelation. From that day it will hiss but won't bite. In the same way, we must hiss but not bite.
96 We are all in an Ashram. The surrounding area is only a wilderness. All the fellows round about will do theft and will come to beat us. Then we were also like that saying, ‘Lord, this fellow is coming to beat us’, and we were afraid. Then what we did was, we gave each one a stick and started training in stick fighting and in martial arts and got trained in all. Now what? “Don't go there, Sir! They will thrash you.” Now they won't come. What do we do simply now? We will take a stick and rotate. This fellow will be looking from far away. Do you know what he says now? “Sir, there three hundred people know stick fighting; they know the art of striking in nerve centres; they know wrestling. One fellow can beat twenty fellows; we should not go there.” They go far away. Before, if someone comes alone, they will waylay him and threaten: “Dey, do you have money?” Nowadays I go alone in the wilderness; if any fellow comes I will ask, “Hey, what?” He will say, “No, Sir.” Why did he get this fear? We hissed! We didn't go to beat him.
97 So let us all leave away slavery. There the pastor will come: “Hey, why didn't you come to the church?” Why should he ask whether we didn't attend the church? Is he your uncle or your brother-in-law? “You didn't come last week.” - “I will come if I like.” - “In that case you will not get a graveyard; or otherwise I will not join you in marriage. If he doesn't join you in marriage, come to us, we will get you married. If they don't give you a burial place, we will bring to our land in a pleasure car and bury. Do you have to join a church for the sake of marriage and a graveyard? No! We are free people. If you die, municipality will bury you. Saying, ‘Iyyoh, it stinks’, the municipality will bury you. They will not keep this body there all along.
98 If onion becomes dry ginger, what is the use of a fenugreek. (Bro. Lawrie laughs.) That is, - a Chettiar has written like this. That is, just to compose a poem out of what man is eating, he has written: ‘Nz_@°Ìî ¸÷@°L°Y NzÚPÌ«P°Y ¹°âî ¦êL; S_@°ð ¸©ÚiÞgâð SÙÝ»÷¼@; ©_@°P á»@«¼P PÚXÇ»; ÇPÇvê NâÞ_@°Ìî, ´»@«¢ NÝËåÌ°Ç». ’ (The poem is worded for provisions used in cooking, but the true meaning is given below.)
99 Then I thought: What? It is written as if to mean a Chettiar? The meaning is: If this body dies, what is the use of this world? You have given us an undiminishing heaven. I will not seek this big body, O Lord of all! - So today,... I know some Tamil. If there be any mistakes, please excuse.
100 So: Bible must be interpreted properly. The white people came, they made us slaves. But today everybody hates Christ: ‘This is white man's religion’. I am not telling about ‘white man's religion’. I am telling you the religion which the disciple of Jesus said two thousand years ago. I am telling you about what the person who died in Thomas mount told. That religion is our religion. But do all others go to hell?
101 I want to tell you something. See, God comes at different times to save the people. Now this world cannot stand another war. That is why God came down on moon landing day. What these people think is: “What, God came down on the day when man landed on the moon, it seems?” They are making fun of it! The same kind of fun was happening in the time of Noah also. He had three children. As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of Man. (Luke 17:26) Noah had three sons. So in these days also, God has to raise a messenger with three boys. As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of Man! Then, how many children did Jesus have? None. So, is Jesus Christ coming now? - Somebody having three children.
102 Then, Noah was preaching: “Rain is coming! Water is coming! Flood is coming!” What did everyone do? “Ha, ha, ha, old man! Do you have senses? You are an anti-Christ. Do you have senses?” They all laughed. At that time he could not go on the road. “What old man! What ship are you building?” - “Rain is coming! Flood is coming! You all will be destroyed!” - “Ha, ha, ha!” They all laugh. This is laughing time. Then, the times are drawing nearer.
103 One day... See, the animals hear the voice of God. One day the big procession comes. What procession? God told, ‘These animals will come to you’. All these animals are marching. Animals and birds hear the voice of God! Suppose there is going to be a big earth quake, the birds know it. So these animals are coming straight to Noah: “Sir, we have come; big destruction is coming.” All of you go into the ship. All went in! Lion goes, elephant goes, and everything goes. But this man: “Ha, ha, ha, haa!” - “Why is it going? Why are these animals going?” - “Oh, that old man has made some magic. It is going because of some magic. Ha, ha, haa!”
104 At last God closed the door. The fellows who built the ship also could not go inside. He took the salary and went out. Engineers and all went out, and the door was shut. Then it rains. Then from there: “Oh, it looks like it is raining.” It is rain only! The ship is being lifted. Now the water is coming till to the neck. “Oh boy! The rain has come. The level is rising. Let us go to the higher floors!” The water came to the higher floors also. Then: “Old man! Please open the door, old man!” - “Sirs, the door is locked, it cannot be opened any more!” - “Old man, old man! What all you said is truth, old man! Rain has come, old man!” - “Hey, all of you open your mouth and die. Nothing can be done hereafter!”
105 The flood came; everybody died except the three people and the beasts and animals. Today who is coming? Not good people! Ordinary people, drunkards, bad people, murderers, drunkards, all are hearing the voice of God. They are coming towards the ark to escape the trouble! Fire is going to fall. If this fire of the bombs are going to fall,...
106 Do you know what is a bomb today? The bomb that was put in Japan, from the place where the bomb was put, from where the small bomb was put, till to three hundred miles everyone was powder. None was there, no bones were there, all were powder. Outside of three hundred miles, the people's flesh was all rotten. If they touch like this, the flesh will come in their hand. Beyond that area, because the people saw that light, all their eyes were blinded. This was a small bomb. If one of the big bombs is put, whole India will be destroyed. There is no remedy.
107 So where is the hope today for us? Can you stop a war? They are preparing bombs to kill each other. Do you think God's people will be killed there? He has prepared an ark called 'Christ Jesus'. Go into that! There is safety in that. Everybody in Christ Jesus will escape this. Everybody in Narayana will escape. Everybody in Allah will escape. But telling ‘Allah, Allah’ will never save you; telling ‘Narayana, Narayana’ will not save you; telling ‘Christ, Christ’ will not save you. Get into the ark! He will shut the door one day. Then the fire will fall.
108 So in the same way, I am preaching the message. I am not preaching to - this doesn't give me money. If I preach this I don't get money. If I hide this, I will get money. Because I am telling the truth, I am getting the scoldings from everybody. Because E.V.R. was telling the truth, everybody was talking against him. And today, D.M.K., all these people are born in that. But are they true to that?
109 Today, my dear friends, I am not telling you something to get me money. I know, God has told me certain things. I have to tell the people, whether they like it or not. Destruction is coming! It is coming to the whole world. Terrible fire is going to fall. Are you willing to escape from that? Run and flee to the ark of God. The only hope is Christ. I am not preaching Christian religion. All your karma should go. And if your karma goes,... How will your karma go? He came as a sacrifice. And His holiness comes to us. That takes your karma away!
110 So on moon landing day, Jesus came. Jesus said, “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden.” (Matthew 11:28) He didn't say, ‘Go to God’, but: “Come unto me, and I will give you rest.”
111 So today, that Jesus is in my heart. And today, many Hindus are accepting and they get the peace. Today, peace comes that way! The karma goes that way. Otherwise your karma cannot go! I am not telling you to join Christian religion. Don't join the religions. Because that won't give you life! There is no life in any religion. There is life in God! Touch that God! Ask Him to come into your life. Open your heart widely! Power of God will come into your life! Devils will get out! Devils get into your body and blind your eyes. That is why Bro. Selvaraj is having this meeting here.
112 Why these Christians are running today? Because they have no life. They will go some way where there is no life. They don't have a message today. They have an old message like a gramophone record, like the oxen of the oil mill. Oxen of the oil mill will keep going around. If you ask it will say: “Today I walked 20 miles.” It walked twenty miles, but it is in the same place tied to the rope. Gramophone record is also like that. If there is a small scratch, it will make a noise, ‘tikku, tikku, tikku’ and will be going around in the same track. In the same way, ‘Christmas, New year, Easter; Christmas, New year, Easter’. This is that!
113 Another thing I want to tell you: Today everybody is thinking only about death. “I must die. Today I have become fifty five; next year I will be fifty six; the year after I will be fifty seven. The house says, ‘Go, go’, and the grave says, ‘Come, come’. After one year: I am having pain here. Now I have become old. The doctor has said that I have diabetes. He has said that I have blood pressure...” And what will the people in the house say? “You have become old, walk little slowly; have a stick in your hand.” This is because of what? You are calculating time by the sun.
114 Now you are on earth. Earth is rotating around the sun for 365 days. And what do we say? One year is past. So for me, it is one year less towards the grave. What do we do? We look at the time: It is 9 o' clock. I must sleep. It is 8 o' clock in the morning, I must go to work. - What are we looking at and walking? We are walking, looking at the sun. We are worshipping the sun. Looking at the sun and walking, wherever we go we say, ‘6 o' clock, I have to go back home’. ‘It is 10 o clock I have to sleep’. If it is 10 o' clock, why do you have to sleep? Time is not saying, the sun is saying.
115 But if you travel in the plane, suppose I start in the morning, we have to travel many miles. Almost an eighteen hours journey. Suppose I start at 5 o' clock from Bombay, the plane will go, go, go. Even if I travel eighteen hours, when I reach America, what will the time be? It will be 2 o' clock only. In that case, where did the rest of the time go? By travelling like this, so much of time had reduced. Then did you become younger? Because the sun is not telling the truth.
116 Suppose you are not living in the earth, you are able to live in the sun, what will be your age? Mm? If it crosses 365 days, it is one year. Suppose you are in the sun, what is your age? You have no age! So, this going round the sun, makes our thinking to die. That is why we calculate time, and that tends us to death. We should not think like that.
117 That is why, time shall be no more in this ministry. Because we don't calculate by sun, because we are in Christ Jesus who has no death. So, those who are in Christ Jesus have no death. We can overcome death. Death is our enemy. Death is not given to us by nature; but death was because of fallen nature. So may God bless you. Thank you for being so patiently hearing us. 4 Saranam - To salute in a humble manner.
5 Moolam - 'Through'. Moolam is also another word for 'piles' in Tamil.
6 Bhakthi - Religious devotion or piety as a means of salvation.
7 Beedi - In the Indian subcontinent: a cigarette or cigar of unprocessed tobacco rolled in leaves.
8 Petrukkol - 'Receive': It also means 'deliver' as in the case of a mother delivering a child.
